Jonathan joined Regent’s College in 2008 as International Visiting Professor in Global Business Management. He teaches and researches in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management. Jonathan commenced his academic career as lecturer at Aston University and moved to Middlesex University as a senior lecturer in Accounting and Finance. After a decade at Middlesex he became their Professor of Chinese Management, and researched in performance management and managerial development. He joined Newport University in 2006 and was the Associate Dean for Research and Enterprise. In 2010 Jonathan became the Academic Director of the London College of Advanced Management where he led a team of academic professionals in the development of professional courses. Jonathan supervises PhD students at the London School of Commence in the area of Marketing Finance and Business Management. He is a Faculty member of Global Marketing Network and a member of its membership committee.
Jonathan is the Executive Editor of the International Journal
of Business Performance Management with Inderscience Publishers. He
is on the editorial board of the Journal of Training and Management
Development Methods, Editorial Committee for Management at Foxwell
and Davis Publishers and, book review editor of the Journal of
Technology Management in China. He has published extensively and has
over a hundred articles and eight books published in subject areas
relating to Business and Management. Jonathan is on the Council of
the National Conference of Universities Professors, Council member of
the Universities China Committee in London, and a Board Member of the
Directors of Ming-Ai (London) Education Institute. Jonathan is a
Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of Global
Marketing Network.

Dr. Mahalik has expertise in the field of Distributed Control Systems
(DCS). He applies DCS in Processing and Packaging areas. His research
work includes smart sensors and actuators, applications of
soft-computing to FDI, Life-Cycle Data Acquisition, sensor network,
and DCS simulation software. He teaches Industrial Process Control,
Automated Systems, Electricity and Electronics, Signal Processing, and
Research Methodology. He has authored and edited 5 Books and 12 Book
Chapters. Dr. Mahalik is the co-editor of the International Journal of
Automation and Control (IJAAC). He was the recipient of National
Overseas and Brain Korea-21 Fellowships for Ph.D. and Postdoctoral
research abroad, respectively. Dr. Mahalik has visited labs and
research centers in various universities around the world. He was a

Riverside (UCR). From 2006 to 2007, he was a visiting Professor at
Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado. From 2001 to 2003, he
was a Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information
Engineering, Ming Chuan University, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Since 2003,
he has been a Professor of the Department of Information Management,
National Chi Nan University, Nantou, Taiwan, and is currently the Dean
of Research and Development. He is a member of the Phi Tau Phi

Prof Chunliang Zhang received his BSc in 1984 and MEng
in 1987 from Xi’an Jiaotong University. China, and then his PhD in
2004 from Zhejiang University China. Prof Chunliang Zhang is
currently a Professor and Dean of School of Mechanical and Electrical
Engineering at the Guangzhou University China. He is also Honorary
Professor at the University of South China. Prior to Guangzhou
University, he has worked in the University of Sydney. He has been the
Dean of School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of South
China. His main research interests contain vibration control and
dynamics, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, computer numerical
control technology, and micro-manufacturing technology. He is the
inventor of 4 patented technologies, and has published 3 books, edited 6
books and about 150 papers. He is editor, associate editor and
editorial board member of many journals. He has received more than 10
awards, such as second Prize and third Prize of Science and Technology
Progress Award of State Commission of Science, Technology and
Industry, third Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of
Hunan Province, and first Prize of Teaching Achievements Award of
Hunan Province. He was named a national model teacher.

Dr. Md. Mamun Habib, is an Assistant Professor at the Dept. of
Operations Management, Faculty of Business Administration, American
International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) since January 2010. He has
developed a Supply Chain Management model entitled ITESCM (Integrated
Tertiary Educational Supply Chain Management) model for Tertiary
Educational Institutions at his doctoral degree level. Furthermore,
he has a 11-year experience in the field of teaching for graduate and
postgraduate students, as well as in training, consultancy and
research. He is GSB (Graduate School of Business) Thesis/Dissertation
Committee member of Assumption University of Thailand in Ph.D. level
